Currently, we have a policy of return of 7 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with any product you receive, you can ask for a replacement, as long as it complies with our terms and conditions.*

• Items that have stains emit body odor, taste or odor, have all sorts of characters, damage or dirty water does not return or exchange will be accepted. Product labels must be intact.
• If you have a bad product. If you think a bug in the component or product application is already set, you can get back to us. E-mail us a request with the image defects as evidence. If the product is not satisfactory due to defective materials or workmanship, we can replace or refund the purchase price.
• Full refund shipping will be offered only to the defective elements.
